Dr. Adam Meyer, formerly a scientific leader at Ginkgo Bioworks, joins Enzidia's core team to lead ultra-high-throughput enzyme screening.
If there is one person I Ccan’t not have in the Enzidia team, it would be Dr. Adam Meyer.
Fortunately, ENZIDIA happens to be The company that Adam wants to join and build.
I am beyond excited to announce that Adam has joined Enzidia’s core team as Director of Synthetic Biology.
Adam is the world’s best expert I know in designing and building ultra-high-throughput enzyme screening systems – a central part of Enzidia’s platform.Before Enzidia, Adam was one of the most respected scientists and leaders at Ginkgo Bioworks, and a rare connector across functions and disciplines there. He led one of the most admired teams, eventually running three different groups across three countries, while building a culture where people genuinely felt cared for.
For the past six months, Adam has been working with me as a scientific advisor, teaching me things from science to team building. He is incredibly knowledgeable, effective, and I think we just “get” each other intellectually. I was also glad that he finds strong alignment with Enzidia's core values and principles.
As we learned more about each other, what started as a possibility became a certainty: there is no one I want more than Adam to take this central role in our team.
